Relax in our tranquil, beautifully converted barn, set in our courtyard in nearly 4 acres of gardens and meadow surrounded by woodland and country lanes. At the front of the property is the large courtyard, formed by our farmhouse, the mellow stone barns and a low stone wall providing a pretty sheltered garden with parking area.

The front door opens onto the spacious, light and airy living room with English channel satellite TV, DVD player, video player to play UK videos (we have a small selection of videos and DVD's for guests use) and a radio / CD player. It is very comfortably furnished and has tiled floors, a wood burning stove and electric central heating (for early / late season rentals).

The cottage style fitted kitchen area is fully equipped with dishwater, fridge / freezer, microwave and a large supply of crockery etc. This is adjacent to the pretty dining area where the rear doors open onto the beautiful covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue - the perfect setting for relaxing open air meals on hot sunny days.

The barn sleeps 6 (+ cot) in 3 delightful beamed bedrooms - one with king sized bed, one with double bed and en-suite shower room and one with twin beds (could take 3). There is also a lovely bathroom upstairs and additional toilet downstairs.

We have an 8m x 4m x 1.25m (fenced) swimming pool with large sun terrace, equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas, overlooking our meadow and wooded valley. This is a perfect pool for young swimmers to learn in, and the rest to chill out in.

We also have good quality road and mountain bikes and a mountain bike tandem which guests are welcome to use. There is also a utility room, with a washing machine and dryer. Babysitting can be provided on request.

The property can be rented with our Chambre d'ami (sleeps 2), increasing the capacity to 8/9 + 2 cots.
