village of Issac,
France, centrally situated between Bergerac and Perigueux

visitors wishing to explore the pleasures of the Perigord.
The vineyards of Bergerac and St. Emilion are within
easy reach, as are the many caves, chateaux, bastides
and medieval towns for which this area is famous.
 Both properties have been carefully renovated to
very high standards.
Comfortably
furnished and with modern facilities, they offer peace
and tranquility in a delightful setting with use of
the pool which overlooks our meadow and wooded valley.
In this perfect area are VTT routes for mountain
bikers, quiet lanes for cycling, peaceful rural tracks
for walkers, no light pollution for star gazers, rivers
for canoeing, good golf courses and leisure lakes
with windsurfing, pedalos, swimming, fishing etc

Grange is a beautifully converted barn set in one
corner of our large courtyard, looking out over the
old paddock to the front and the gardens and
 woods
to the rear. It is very comfortably furnished and
is the ideal base for your exploration of this wonderful
area.
We have an 8m x 4m x 1.25m (fenced) swimming pool
with large sun terrace, equipped with sunbeds and
sun umbrellas, overlooking our meadow and wooded valley.
The property can be rented with our Chambre d'ami, increasing the capacity to 8/9 + 2 cots.

This delightful studio with a private terrace is
available for rent separately or with La
Grange. It has a cosy romantic feel, with modern
facilities and a comfortable bed.
This is the perfect base for your holiday away from

walking areas surrounding the property.
